If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

60-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Dokoo for any reason, you have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

      A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our team “Support” within 60 days of your delivery date by contacting support@dokoo.net
      Returns must include the original packaging, all accessories, user manual, quick start guide, etc.
      For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
      Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@dokoo.net to obtain an RMA number and a return address. In your request email, please provide the order number or sales invoice to speed up your return process.

Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with return instructions and arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. And please send us the return tracking number when you ship it out.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.

The time to credit your account may vary, depending on your credit card company. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for Dokoo to credit your account. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
